Own end-to-end hiring, stakeholder management, sourcing strategy and candidate experience for a growing organisation. This is a live search managed by GreenLeap. We work closely with the hiring team, so every shortlist comes with context on capability, motivation and expectations.

What you will own

• Own the core human resources agenda for the business.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and translate priorities into delivery.
• Build, coach and hold a high standard across the immediate team.
• Report progress with clear metrics and honest risk flags.

What we are looking for

• 4–7 years of relevant experience in human resources.
• Evidence of ownership in a comparable operating environment.
• Strong written and spoken communication with senior audiences.
• Comfortable being based in Gurugram, India.
